Instructions for use:
 
For inflammatory pain such as arthritis, gently massage 5 drops into the affected area or take 5 drops under the tongue and wait 60 seconds for it to dissolve without swallowing. Increase up to 10 drops if needed.
 
For anxiety, depression, stress, and insomnia take 5 drops under the tongue and wait 60 seconds for it to dissolve without swallowing. Increase up to 10 drops if needed.
